Please describe the services your practice or agency provides: : As a psychotherapist, I have experience working with individuals, groups, couples and families to assist them in addressing mental health concerns and interpersonal problems. I work with a wide range of individuals to support them in self-discovery and healing so that they may live joyful and authentic lives.

In my practice, I incorporate an integrated and relational approach to holistic psychotherapy that addresses the mental, emotional and physical levels of healing. I tailor sessions to meet client’s unique needs and life experiences. I utilize evidence-based treatment of various modalities that include narrative therapy, solution focus, cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, harm reduction and experiential exercises that comprise elements of Gestalt and psychodrama.

I develop a specific set of skills that foster self-awareness, effective problem solving, and the development of positive coping strategies. I assist others to learn empirically proven techniques that increase communication skills and daily functioning. I concentrate on practical solutions for present issues while bringing insight into how past events, upbringing and relationships may still be influencing thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

With a therapy style that is active, nurturing and collaborative, My goal is to support clients in being their true selves and living at their highest potential. My approach encourages the understanding of barriers to goals and allows clients to better make choices. My vision is to help others optimize their future to cope more effectively with the everyday challenges of living while celebrating their authentic self.
